We are featuring the following from small companies and producers in March.
The French Farm offers products carefully crafted by small, family owned businesses and made using traditional recipes and techniques, which are handed down from one generation to the next. Here are a few we are featuring each month.
Pommery Mustards from Meaux has been served at the tables of French Kings since 1632. The secret recipe belonged to a religious order of Meaux and was passed on to the Pommery family in 1760, who to this day, closely guard its secret. Deliciously grainy and slightly nutty flavors these all natural mustards preferred by chefs worldwide.

POMMERY COGNAC MUSTARD (STONE BOTTLE)

This gorgeous one of a kind stone bottle is a must have for your kitchen. Red wine vinegar will liven up a sauce, simple green, or pasta salad.
An independent, family-owned company since 1840, The Fallot family enjoys a reputation around the world for the exceptional quality of their products, particularly their range of delectable home-made mustards.
The factory, “La Moutarderie Fallot,” located in the town of Beaune near Dijon, has been outfitted with state-of-the-art production facilities. However, in order to retain the flavor and the quality that they are famous for, the company remains committed to their traditional manufacturing processes. The mustard seeds are still stone ground by expert artisan mustard makers. This traditional process preserves the pure flavor that is a hallmark of all Fallot mustard varieties.

FALLOT HONEY BALSAMIC MUSTARD

PERRONNENAU MARITIME LAVENDER HONEY
Maritime Lavender Honey is made from pollen gathered from lavender planted along the shores of the Mediterranean, resulting in a delicate honey with a slight saltiness that enhances the overall flavor. This honey has antioxidant, anticonvulsant, and antibacterial properties, in addition to helping balance blood sugar.

The vinegar is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. This Chardonnay vinegar is slightly sweet and the liquid has a clear golden presentation. It is perfect for marinating fish, pickling, or for vegetables and salads.
O-MED CABERNET VINEGAR
The vinegar is aged 12 months in French oak barrels. The Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar has an intense deep purple color with smooth acidity, well rounded fruity flavor and hints of fine oak. It is perfect on meat or for use as a reduction. It is also great for salads and pickling.
